It’s not unusual for any of us to experience difficulties at some point in our life. When we do, it can lead to feeling distressed and alone or anxious and depressed.
Sometimes we may have support around us, and sometimes we don’t or it may not be enough.
Counselling can provide support at times of distress and can often be helpful in bringing greater insight on our difficulties. It can also provide opportunities to develop better coping strategies to see us through challenges ahead. It can be an opportunity to learn more about ourselves, or our relationships and to explore new paths.
